Fast and fun to make, yarn tassels can add a decorative touch to clothing, home decor and more….

Tools:

tassels — Scissors, yarn and cardboard

How to make, step by step:

tassels — Put short piece of yarn on cardboard. Wrap yarn around cardboard and short piece of yarn about 20-30 times (more if you want it thicker)

tassels — With a short piece of yarn wrapped yarn and tie a knot

Tassels — Slide wrapped yarn off of cardboard. Cut a loops and trim uneven pieces of yarn.

tassels — Using another piece of yarn the length of the tassel (or a bit longer) tie a knot around the top (about 1/2″ down from the top).

And your tassels are done …. It’s very quick and easy.
